Kotor
Streets of pale stone, church bells over the bay and mountains glowing gold in the evening light. In Kotor, your yes becomes part of a story centuries old.
Planning a wedding from abroad can feel uncertain. I'm your local insider in Montenegro: one person who takes care of everything, so you can simply look forward to your day.
I was born in Germany, my family roots are in Bosnia, and I spent seven years in Paris. Today I live in Montenegro, the country that stole my heart.
In Munich I worked at events for years, as a hostess and as assistant to an event planner, and saw from the start what goes into a successful event. Later I looked after international clients for LVMH luxury houses such as Hublot and Rimowa. I know what first-class service means, and how much depends on the details.
And I love weddings: I've celebrated with friends in Peru, Lithuania, Turkey, France, Germany and Montenegro, and seen how differently couples and cultures shape their big day. I bring that feeling with me, especially when family and friends from different countries come together.
I left my corporate career to do what truly fulfils me: making people happy.
You'll have one person by your side, from our first call until you say yes.
You talk to me, not a call centre. I coordinate every supplier and reply within 24 hours.
Before anything is booked, you get a clear budget breakdown. No hidden costs, no surprises.
I tell you openly what works and what doesn't: which venue suits your guest count, which season fits your plans, and where you can save.
Weather, delays, last-minute changes: there is always a backup plan, so you never have to worry on the day.
Every wedding is different. These are starting points, and we shape the details together.
From venue to vows. I take care of everything: venue, suppliers, travel for your guests, styling and coordination on the day.
From €3,500You've already started and need a partner on the ground. I fill the gaps and coordinate the day.
From €1,800Just the two of you, or a handful of guests. A ceremony, a photographer, a dinner with a view.
From €1,200And around the wedding: welcome dinners, day-after brunches and proposals.
The “from” prices apply to smaller weddings and refer to my planning fee. Your exact fee depends on the number of guests and the scope. After our first call you’ll receive a fixed quote, and that price won’t change afterwards.
Venue and supplier costs are paid separately and fully transparently. For a legal civil ceremony, I take care of documents, authorities and the interpreter from €350, plus official fees and translations.

A quiet baroque town by the water, with two small islands and their churches before you. Here time seems to stand still, just long enough for your moment.
Soft sand, turquoise water and the famous island village in the glow of sunset. For everyone who wants to celebrate with a touch of glamour.
Olive groves, hidden coves and villas high above the sea. A place for intimate weddings where every guest feels like family.
We talk about your ideas, date, guest count and budget. 30 minutes, no obligation.
You receive a plan with venues, a timeline and a transparent cost estimate.
I book and coordinate everything and keep you updated at every step.
You arrive, relax and celebrate. I take care of the rest.
Yes. Foreign couples can have a legally recognised civil ceremony in Montenegro, also at a venue of your choice. You don't need to live in Montenegro. Each of you will need:
You'll also need two witnesses with ID, and an interpreter is required at the ceremony. The documents are submitted a few weeks in advance, and you come to the registry office in person a few days before the wedding. Requirements can vary slightly by municipality, so I check them with the local registry office and guide you through every step.
Not necessarily. Many couples plan everything online through video calls and messages. If you'd like to see venues or taste the menu beforehand, I'll organise your visit. For a civil ceremony, you'll need to be in Montenegro a few days before the wedding to sign at the registry office.
Only a civil ceremony is legally binding in Montenegro. A symbolic ceremony is completely free in form and place, and you can marry legally at home beforehand. A church wedding is possible too, but it is only legally valid together with a civil ceremony, and each church has its own requirements.
The island church near Perast is reserved for Catholic church weddings, with permission from the parish. Guests reach it by boat and space is limited. Many couples combine it with a celebration in Perast or Kotor.
From May to October. June to September is the warmest and busiest time; May, late September and October are calmer and often better value.
Ideally 9 to 12 months before. Small weddings and elopements can often work with less time.
Most couples spend between €15,000 and €50,000 in total, depending on guest count, venue and season. In the free call I'll give you a realistic idea for your plans.
The airports in Tivat and Podgorica are close by, and Dubrovnik in Croatia is a short drive away. I'm happy to help you and your guests plan the journey.
Montenegro has a lot of sunshine from May to October, but I always plan a backup: a covered space, tents or an alternative venue, agreed with you in advance.
