I take the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains which data is processed when you visit this website or contact me.
1. Who is responsible

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access is processed in server log files so that the site can be delivered securely. This is based on my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be processed outside the EU, including in the USA.
3. Fonts
This website uses fonts from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU). To display the fonts, your browser connects to their servers and transmits your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a consistent appearance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contact by email
If you write to me, I use your details only to answer your request and plan your wedding. My email is provided by Zoho (EU data centre). I keep your messages only as long as needed for this purpose or as required by law.
5. Booking a call
The “Book a free call” buttons lead to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Only when you click do you leave this website; Calendly’s own privacy policy then applies. The details you enter there (such as your names, email and answers) are shared with me so I can prepare our call.
6. Instagram
This website only links to my Instagram profile. No data is transferred to Instagram unless you click the link.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just write to hello@wemontenegro.me. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
